As CEO of Hatcher CFO, Blake (CPA) offers extensive finance expertise. With more than 15 years of experience in working with high growth companies like TaskUs and Shine America, as well as businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, he is seasoned in helping businesses mature and develop financial infrastructure geared for growth. His experience spans across sectors including technology, NGOs, real estate, and media and entertainment.

Blake's expertise varies from leading corporate accounting departments and overseeing international operations, to guiding management teams through confident, strategic decision-making, to providing CFO strategy and analysis services.

Prior to founding Hatcher CFO in 2018, he held a variety of pivotal roles such as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Partners for Potential and Director of Corporate Accounting at American Property Group, where he honed his skills in strategic growth planning and implementing robust management reporting systems.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys golfing and learning the guitar.
