His background is a blend of management and political science, having studied at both the Asian Institute for Distance Education and Lyceum of the Philippines University.

Before joining the Hatcher team, JP wore several hats, from Operations Manager to Business Development Manager, handling everything from budgeting and revenue forecasting to recruitment and process improvement. He’s built a reputation for taking messy workflows and turning them into efficient, high-performing systems that actually make sense for the people using them.
