Seth is a Certified Public Accountant with deep experience leading finance and HR operations across nonprofits, startups, and global organizations. He specializes in building and optimizing finance and HR infrastructure for multi-entity and international organizations, with a focus on scalable systems, compliance, and strategic decision support.

Before joining Hatcher CFO Solutions, he oversaw multi-entity financial strategy and compliance at Samaritan’s Purse Ukraine and helped scale finance operations at fast-growing companies like Melt Education and StudentRoomStay.

With expertise in international finance, budgeting, financial modeling, and ERP implementation, Seth supports our clients with strategic insight and operational precision. He holds CPA licenses in California and Nevada, and earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Outside of work, Seth is the co-founder of Restore UA, a humanitarian nonprofit supporting relief efforts in Ukraine.
